Positive: The building is very nice.
Negative: The bathroom had some broken or needing repair fixtures and lights

Good location, but unacceptable security issues and very poor customer service.
Positive: The location was good and the apartment size was acceptable.
Negative: The main issue was security: the apartment door lock was not working properly and I was even told to leave the door open when going out. The response was very slow, communication was poor, and I had to solve the issue myself by going to reception late at night. Also, the deposit refund process was delayed and frustrating, till the time i am writin my review i haven't received the deposit.
