Charming Chalet Escape

AVOID!!!! Positive: centrally located Negative: The only positive thing about this place is the exterior of the building and the surrounding area, which is genuinely pretty and well located. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. The apartment itself is absolutely abysmal and not fit for guests. On check-in, the toilet had clearly not been cleaned properly and still had faeces on it. I had to call management back to clean it, which was disgusting and unacceptable. The bathroom water is consistently brown, particularly from the bidet, and the water pressure is extremely poor. The shower never gets properly hot — only lukewarm at best. There is no shower curtain or glass screen, so the entire bathroom floods every time you shower. To make matters worse, there was no mop or any cleaning equipment provided. It took over two weeks of repeated chasing before they finally gave me a mop so I could clean up after every shower. The furniture was also completely unsafe. Both dining chairs advertised were broken. When I sat on them, they collapsed and I nearly injured myself. Management came with a screwdriver to “fix” them, which did nothing. I was promised replacement chairs the next day, but they were not replaced until almost three weeks later, despite constant follow-ups. For most of my stay, there were no usable chairs at all. The studio itself is tiny — significantly smaller than it appears in the photos and smaller than many hotel rooms. Given the lack of space, having functional seating was essential, yet this was ignored for most of the stay. No basic cleaning products were provided (no sponge, no surface cleaner, nothing), which is unacceptable for a long stay. The building itself is extremely poorly constructed. The walls are paper-thin — you can hear full conversations, movements, and daily activities from both neighbouring apartments with zero soundproofing. It felt like living in poorly built student accommodation, except worse.

No recomendable Positive: La úbicacion Negative: Nada, una desconfianza total, no estaba del todo limpio, lo peor me pedían un depósito aparte de 300 Dólares, aparte de cobrarme un impuesto y la limpieza que me querían devolver a 14 días hecho el check out, una odisea para recuperar el depósito! la habitación un olor a tabaco que no se podía estar sin la ventana abierta, querían descontar de la fianza que las toallas estaban usadas !! Una locura
