Cozy Downtown Dubai Retreat

Good Location and Pool, but Major Maintenance Issues Positive: I enjoyed the location - it's close to Downtown Dubai and Dubai Mall. The area has many stores and services, which makes daily needs easy to manage. The pool is also very nice and definitely a plus. Negative: There were several issues that affected my stay: The bathroom is a real problem. There seems to be a plumbing issue that causes a constant bad smell. I reported it to the property manager, but the only action taken was replacing the bidet, which did not solve the issue. Because of this problem, the bathroom also had a lot of mosquitoes and insects, which was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The building area is still under construction, so it can be noisy during the day, and the view isn't good. Sound insulation is poor - you can clearly hear people in nearby studios and apartments, which affects privacy and rest.
