Negative: This is my first negative review in booking in over 15 years. First they charged AED 30 commission on their AED 1000 deposit payment (yes, it was not blocked on my credit card like in any normal place, I had to pay it). Then I lost AED 100+ due to bank charges on their deposit return payment as they decided that my bank does not accept AED so they sent EUR to my AED account.

Nice clean appartment. Nice pool in the building
Positive: Nice and clean, nice swimming pool and building. Parking.
Negative: A bit small. 20+ sq meter
When we booked it showed 50 sqm but discovered there was discrepancy in the listing
Balcony does not get sun, if you like shadow it’s fine, if you like sun it’s not.
The Apprtment is only good for one person or a young couple
